At Schematic System, we have a State-of-the-art Manufacturing facility at IMT Faridabad, with the different departments segregated into different floors of the unit. This helps us keep the finished product away from the harshness of the fabrication environment, where our manufacturing process begins.
The Fabrication floor has a space of about 10,000 sq. ft. with fully automated CNC laser cutting and bending machines, followed by high quality MIG welding and grinding.
The fabricated structure is then sent to our powder coating facility in Saroorpur, Faridabad, where the panel is pre-treated with a 9-tank process and then powder coated.

Mounting Plate Wiring Area
We have a dedicated space of about 3000 sq. ft. with workbenches which are used to finish the wiring on the mounting plates, before they go on into the panel and connected with the other modules.
Bus Bar Fabrication Shop
A specialized area for bus bar fabrication and fitting has been allocated with a space of about 3000 sq. ft. Its close vicinity to the Panel assembly shop helps keep the accuracy of bus bar fitting at the highest level.
Assembly Department
The product is finished off in the assembly department which enjoys a space of 15000 sq. ft. of area , where all the mounting plates and the bus bar are fitted into the panel. The panel is then subjected to testing and after an internal Test certificate is generated, the client is intimated for an inspection call.
